And in the blink of an eye, I haven’t written a post since April. It was a huge effort to get into a routine with blogging but it only took a holiday trip to break it. Since then, the excuses not to be blog have been plenty.
Having found out a 2nd bundle of joy was on the way, a lot of focus was turned into making full use of the calm before the (happy, joyful) storm. Enjoying family time out, building a Gundam model, playing games, watching t.v., reading, coding, the list goes on and on.
So why begin again?
Revisiting the first post, where I explained why I decided to start blogging, a lot of the good reasons for blogging has been true. One particular thing that I do want to share and hopefully get feedback on is around the agile methodology. Since getting certified as a scrummaster, I haven’t been able to fully utilise this methodology into the projects I’ve been on. I’ve just recently begun a mini project with a friend and we’ve adopted a virtual agile world. Will it work? Only time will tell but the signs are certainly looking good. In the next few weeks, I’m hoping to note down this experience, would love to hear and get feedback from you.
